Villeneuve Biennale 2025
The Villeneuve 2025 Biennial presents its 3rd edition during the summer and until the end of October 2025.
From 14 to 20 July 2025 from 9am to 5pm each day live creation
An artistic event with a period of live creation, the artists will each sculpt a piece on the theme of :
“Joy is our escape from time”

This project, supported by the Commune of Villeneuve, completes the 9km artistic route consisting of the Montreux Biennial, Zoom artist in Veytaux and ends with the Villeneuve Biennial.
The 2025 artists will be revealed in the spring.
The 10 international artists will be creating live for a week:
At the end of this creative phase, the works will be exhibited on the quays of Villeneuve until the end of October.
The wood will be supplied by the Commune of Villeneuve’s woodcutters.
A soft mobility route has been set up to visit the Villeneuve biennial via Veytaux and the Montreux biennial.
As part of the soft mobility programme, this visit can be made on foot, by bike or with the VMCV bus, which is a partner of the exhibition.
